Overview

Zachary Tortora is a litigation associate who focuses his practice primarily in the areas of construction law and general liability; defending property owners, lessees, general contractors, and trade/sub-contractors from allegations of negligence as well as violations of New York Labor Law Sections 200, 240 and 241(6). Mr. Tortora has successfully litigated matters in both state and Federal court.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tortora defended individuals and companies in professional malpractice claims, insurance coverage matters and automobile accidents; in addition to construction law and general liability. He also has experience in real estate and tax law.
