Overview

Zachary Palomino concentrates in employment law and general liability defense. 

In his employment work, he represents clients in sexual harassment, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and retaliation cases. He also provides counsel and defends against claims in wage and hour matters, representing employers over alleged lost wages cases of employees. Mr. Palomino advises on personnel policies and drafts workplace policies, handbooks and employment agreements. Additionally, Mr. Palomino defends clients in general liability coverage disputes and claims including construction defects, and third-party bodily injury cases.

Recently, Mr. Palomino served as a law clerk at Kaufman Dolowich. He also interned at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. assisting in enforcement and compliance matters, including air contamination and Superfund sites. Previously, he interned for the New York State Division of Human Rights. 

During law school, Mr. Palomino was an honor student, a Student Attorney at their Environmental Litigation Clinic, a board member at the school’s LGBTQ and Latino Student’s Associations.  Before law school, he served as paralegal at a NYC law firm for case work in securities litigation, public interest litigation, and intellectual property.

Mr. Palomino is proficient in Italian.
