Wallace M. Tice

Overview

Wallace Tice, Of Counsel, practices  in the areas of professional liability, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and employment law.

He is known for providing efficient, effective advice and litigation strategy to resolve a variety of matters, including disputes of insurance bad faith and fraud claims, business conflicts, intellectual property, product liability, bodily injury and property damage, and harassment and discrimination.

In his professional liability work, he represents engineers, architects, accountants, lawyers, medical billing and real estate professionals. Additionally, he defends non-profit sports and wildlife groups, youth organizations, and homeowners’ association directors and officers.
