Stephanie Andersen is an Associate who focuses her law practice on real estate litigation, including commercial and residential matters across the Bay Area. She represents property-management companies, landlords, and property owners in real estate matters. Additionally, she provides counsel to property owners and tenants in litigation matters. She represents clients in matters involving commercial and residential breach of contract, unlawful detainer lawsuits, tenant buy-out negotiations, co-ownership issues, and property management resolutions. She also represents clients in San Francisco Rent Board matters and appeals.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Andersen worked as a paralegal where she gained extensive experience in business litigation. She also served as a law clerk in an intellectual property firm and at Kaufman Dolowich. During law school, she received several scholarships, including the Rensch Endowed Scholarship, a dean’s scholarship, and a merit scholarship.
Ms. Andersen is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, in addition to English.
