Sarah Suddarth focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation and professional liability litigation. She counsels insurers on policy matters pertaining to commercial crime, fidelity bonds, directors & officers liability, and professional liability errors & omissions.
Ms. Suddarth handles coverage analysis, disputes, monitoring, and litigation. Before joining KDV as an attorney, Ms. Suddarth completed a law clerk position with KDV, where she worked on insurance coverage litigation, professional liability litigation, and class action litigation. She also worked on matters regarding the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, California Consumer Privacy Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Employee Retirement Income Security Act, among others.
Previous to KDV, Ms. Suddarth was a law clerk at a Missouri law firm and served as a compliance intern for a major nonprofit organization, and a large university’s athletic department. In law school, Ms. Suddarth served as the Symposium Editor of the International Law Review, wrote for the Journal of Regulatory Compliance, and was a member of the International Law Society. During her undergraduate years, she was on the women’s rowing team for all four years of school.
