Samuel “Benny” Menaged concentrates his practice on state and federal civil litigation matters, including employment and labor law, business/commercial law, and condominium and homeowners’ association law.
Mr. Menaged is a member of the Florida Bar’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. During law school, he was an editor of the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, held a legal fellowship with the Anti-Defamation League, and was the 2016 recipient of the Florida Bar’s G. Kirk Haas Humanitarian Award.
