Rotem Tamir focuses his practice on professional liability and labor and employment law. He does research on complex issues including wage and hour violations, class certification and misclassification and has participated in depositions and mediations. During law school, Mr. Tamir was a federal judicial extern for the Honorable George H. Wu, U.S. District Court, Central District of California where he researched substantive and procedural issues including elements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
