Roland A. Vitanza focuses his practice in the area of general liability defense, with emphasis on labor law and premises liability claims.
Mr. Vitanza has represented a multitude of insurance carriers, municipalities, corporations, hospitals, emergency rescue services and religious institutions. He has successfully litigated matters in both state and federal court. Mr. Vitanza also has experience litigating in the areas of medical malpractice and employment discrimination.
Mr. Vitanza is a graduate of Hofstra University, where he received a bachelor of arts in British and American literature. He attended Hofstra University School of Law. At Hofstra Law, he was awarded with an internship at Nunziate Magrone, Studio Legale, in Rome, Italy.
