Overview
Robert Kress focuses his practice on general liability defense and maritime law. He is an experienced litigation associate handling a variety of civil and criminal matters.
While in law school, Mr. Kress interned for the Hon. Ellen Koblitz, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, Hudson County. He was also a board member of the Student Bar Association and was a Clinical Law Student in the Rutgers Community and Transactional Law Clinic.
Prior to joining KDV, Mr. Kress litigated a wide array of matters including plaintiff’s personal injury, automobile and general liability defense, criminal defense, and family disputes.
