Overview
Paulina Lengel is an associate focusing on professional liability, maritime law, and commercial litigation.
In her commercial litigation practice she represents individuals and businesses in matters of construction defects and negotiations, business disputes, collective actions, securities litigation, and real estate conflicts. Ms. Lengel represents professionals in claims of errors and omission including on behalf of accountants, architects and engineers, consultants and homeowners’ associations, insurance agents and brokers, lawyers, real estate professionals, and securities industry professionals. In her maritime law practice, Ms. Lengel defends companies in actions regarding accidents and injuries at sea and claims of property damage and commercial disputes in State and Federal Court. She also represents the interests of vessels, marine terminal operators, marinas, stevedores, marine construction firms, ship builders, and repair companies.
Previously, she worked as a Law Clerk at Kaufman Dolowich. During law School, she served as an Articles Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Ms. Lengel holds the prestigious honor of Girl Scout Gold Award recipient, for her years of education and issues advocacy, as a teen.
