Overview

Nicole Firenze focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate litigation and transactional work.  She specializes in landlord-tenant litigation, representing clients in trial, arbitration and mediation.  As a part of KDV’s San Francisco Real Estate practice group, Ms. Firenze routinely handles San Francisco Rent Board matters and appeals.

During law school, Ms. Firenze was a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she worked in civil and criminal antitrust enforcement.  She also worked as a judicial intern for the Contra Costa Superior Court, where she drafted tentative rulings for the Civil Departments.
