Nick Sarelakos focuses his practice on insurance coverage and general liability. He represents clients in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He joins Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP with nine years of litigation experience, having provided professional counseling as lead attorney in his own practice, and handling hundreds of clients in a group practice setting.
Nick Sarelakos is a 2011 graduate of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School-Grand Rapids. During law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen Feeney and Honorable Christopher Yates of the family and criminal divisions of the 17th Circuit Court in Grand Rapids, in Michigan. After law school, Nick worked as a sole practitioner focusing on commercial litigation, debt collection, personal injury, and estate planning matters. He then joined a prominent Philadelphia plaintiff firm, where he gained valuable litigation experience in the area of mass torts, multi-district litigation, and medical device product liability, representing injured clients to verdict.
