Overview

Nathan Jacob focuses his practice on labor and employment, and casualty insurance law.

Mr. Jacob’s litigation practice includes employment discrimination and harassment cases, restrictive covenant disputes, retaliation matters, and wage and hour matters-both individual and class actions.  He also represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Texas Commission on Human Rights.

Prior to joining KDV, Mr. Jacob was a Dallas law firm associate attorney and associate docket manager in the field of personal injury. That work included preparation in complex litigation cases. Previously, Mr. Jacob served as a licensed legal intern, and law clerk working on insurance matters, criminal cases, personal injury, and corporate disputes maters, in Dallas and in Oklahoma City.
