Michelle Korol is an Associate who focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She provides representation to clients in all phases of litigation related to employment claims. Her work includes handling wage-and-hour class and collective actions, discrimination and retaliation suits, and restrictive covenant enforcement actions. She provides legal counsel on ADA compliance, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
Ms. Korol advises businesses, insurance companies, and nonprofits on ways to structure personnel policies, employment agreements, and handle potential disciplinary situations, layoffs, and employee complaints.
During law school, Ms. Korol worked at a premier appellate litigation firm. She was an editor of Loyola Law School’s flagship law review and completed externships at both the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. Ms. Korol also argued preliminary hearings and motions while serving as a certified law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Korol is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
