Maureen Stampp concentrates her practice on employment litigation, traditional labor law, and ERISA litigation. She represents employers in all facets of traditional labor and employment law, including employment discrimination cases in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, NYC Commission on Human Rights, National Labor Relations Board, and the Department of Labor.
Ms. Stampp has extensive experience litigating cases under the federal and various state employment discrimination statutes, wage and hour cases under the Fair Labor Standards Act and analogous state statutes, class actions and collective actions under federal and state laws, the WARN Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and federal and state duty of fair representation cases. She counsels employers on preventative, corrective, and remedial measures and conducts training seminars for clients on anti-discrimination and sexual harassment laws and workplace professionalism.
