Lisa Minuto focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She handles claims brought pursuant to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, as well as claims brought under the New York State and City Human Rights Laws. Ms. Minuto also has experience handling FLSA and New York Labor Law claims.
Ms. Minuto represents employers in all aspects of litigation in both federal and state courts. Additionally, she defends employers in administrative proceedings. She has extensive motion drafting experience in both state and federal cases. Ms. Minuto has experience drafting appellate briefs and compiling appellate records for the Appellate Divisions in both the First and Second Department and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
