Lindsey Schmidt is an Associate who focuses her practice on real estate litigation in San Francisco and the Sonoma, CA, area.
Ms. Schmidt’s clients include homeowner associations (HOAs), property owners, landlords, and property-management companies. She handles boundary disputes, HOA matters, and construction/development issues. She also works on co-ownership and tenancy-in-common matters, as well as partition actions.
During law school, Ms. Schmidt was a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of California, Asset Forfeiture Unit, and a legal extern at Indiana Legal Services. She served as Managing Articles Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation, in which she has a published article about noncompete employment agreements in California. She also wrote appellate briefs for the law school’s Moot Court team
