Lilit Vardanian focuses her practice on labor and employment law, defending management personnel and companies against employment related claims in California state and federal courts, as well as before local administrative agencies.
In addition, she has experience representing insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in claims involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and retaliation.
She provides day-to-day guidance through the complex collection of employment laws, rulings and precedents with the goal of assisting our clients in preventing disruptive disputes and avoiding costly litigation.
Ms. Vardanian also has experience representing clients in civil rights disputes and professional liability actions.
