Krystle Nova focuses her practice in employment and labor law, representing private and public-sector clients in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including, but not limited to: disciplinary proceedings, wage and hour compliance, employment agreements, FMLA & ADA compliance, workplace harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.
Ms. Nova has represented various municipalities, school boards and other public entities in litigation and compliance matters, including Open Public Records Act, disciplinary hearings, mediations, arbitrations, unfair practice charges and Public Contracts Law.
Ms. Nova was selected for inclusion in “The Latino American Who’s Who” (2013 Edition), recognizing leading Latino professionals and their achievements in the Latino community. She is a mentor for the Hispanic Bar Association of N.J.’s Union City High School Pipeline Program.
