Kartikey Pradhan focuses his practice on construction law litigation matters defending developers, and general contractors. He has litigated and settled single-family, condominium, and commercial property matters across California and Colorado. Mr. Pradhan has also defended business owners and property managers in personal injury actions in California and Colorado. Additionally, Mr. Pradhan has experience in helping businesses negotiate and draft contracts and incorporating documents.
Mr. Pradham has prior experience working at a removal defense firm and conducted numerous bench trials across immigration courts across the United States. He also wrote numerous briefs and petitions to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and appeared at oral arguments at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Occasionally, Kartikey volunteers with immigration non-profits to help indigent communities regarding immigration issues or provide pro-bono advice and referrals to immigrants in need of legal services. He is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Pumjabi. Marathi and conversational in Urdu.
