Overview

Karen Lee Wagner has extensive experience in the defense of clients in diverse specialties including land use, construction defects, vertical transportation, professional liability, tax certiorari, and medical malpractice. Ms. Wagner handles all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts including: appeals, motion practice, depositions, and mediations.

She defends clients in multiple industries such as international manufacturing and service companies, architects and engineers, regional and global property owners, managing agents, and physicians of all specialties. Ms. Wagner has provided counsel to private and public sector clients, including domestic and international insurance companies, and governmental entities. Her goal is to achieve a thorough understanding of her clients’ business or industry and zealously represent their interests.

Ms. Wagner is fluent in Spanish.
