Julie Thrall Burrow is an Of Counsel residing in Seattle, where her practice focuses on securities litigation, arbitration and enforcement matters, complex commercial litigation, and employment counseling and litigation. For most of her career, Ms. Burrow has represented clients in commercial disputes and regulatory inquiries and investigations. She has extensive experience in securities and consumer law issues, particularly the defense of corporations against state and federal securities claims as well as FINRA arbitrations. Additionally, Ms. Burrow possesses significant employment-related legal experience representing clients in wrongful termination, breach of contract, and non-competition agreement disputes as well as whistle-blowing litigation.
Ms. Burrow began her career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the King County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney handling a heavy case load of both felony and misdemeanor crimes such as assault, harassment, domestic violence, firearm violations, and controlled substance violations.
