Julianna Bramwell focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She represents clients in all areas of employment litigation, including, professional liability, discrimination and retaliation, and personal injury.

Ms. Bramwell’s experience includes serving as a research assistant, a law clerk , and a Congressional civic intern. As a university assistant she researched Supreme Court Justice Kennedy’s jurisprudence and Dormant Commerce Clause. In one of her two law clerk positions , Ms. Bramwell worked on complaints concerning the False Claims Act, concerning state Medicare regulations, and prepared clients for depositions. While serving as a law clerk for the Children’s Law Center of California, she worked on matters regarding dependency and adoptions, children’s placements issues, and worked closely with case workers, families, and attended courtroom proceedings.

Ms. Bramwell first joined KDV’s San Francisco office as a law clerk. A California native, during her undergraduate education, she studied abroad in London for a year. Later, during law school she served as research editor at the Journal of International Law and Policy.
