Overview
Jason Rindenau focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation and general liability insurance defense.
In his commercial litigation work, Mr. Rindenau represents businesses in matters arising from real property disputes, breach of contract, fraud, and business shareholder disputes. Mr. Rindenau represents insurance carrier clients in coverage disputes, and first and third-party property defense claims including alleged negligent security, slip-and-falls and bodily injury-related litigation. He litigates client matters throughout Florida in state and federal courts and handles liability investigations. In his general liability insurance defense work, he focuses on property damage, business interruption claims and condominium and homeowners’ association matters.
Originally from New Jersey, Mr. Rindenau completed fellowships with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in New York and the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. Before becoming an attorney, he was a property and casualty insurance broker and a successful attorney recruiter in New York City.
