Jaimie Bombard focuses her practice on real estate litigation and specializes in commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes.
Jaimie has spent the past 10 years advocating on behalf of small property owners and routinely advises clients regarding their rights and options under statewide housing law, the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, and other local Bay Area rent and eviction control ordinances. She has extensive experience litigating unlawful detainer actions and regularly represents clients going out of business pursuant to the Ellis Act as well as those pursuing Owner and Relative Move-In evictions. Jaimie also handles issues related to property management, tenant buyout agreements, and matters arising before the San Francisco Rent Board.
Always dedicated to advancing her clients’ rights, Jaimie is also committed to finding creative and cost-effective solutions to the difficult legal challenges Bay Area property owners face and is a firm believer in resolving appropriate cases through mutual agreement.
