Jaime Sanchez focuses his practice on labor and employment law, including wage and hour litigation, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sanchez worked at a New York City-based law firm where he represented clients in wage and hour lawsuits, including class and collective actions, claims of individual discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases. He represented clients in state and federal courts, before state agencies, conducted client meetings, and negotiated settlements. Mr. Sanchez is experienced in a wide variety of employment matters, including cases brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, New York Labor Law, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, New York State Human Rights Law, and New York City Human Rights Law.
During law school, Mr. Sanchez worked at an employment law firm in New York and clerked for Chief Administrative Judge William Macauley at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
