Jack A. Reitman focuses his practice on professional liability and commercial litigation. In his professional liability practice he represents attorneys, homeowner associations, and a broad range of individual professionals, and other entities in defending claims arising from the performance of their duties. He strives to settle professional liability claims at the earliest possible stage. When a fair and acceptable resolution is unattainable, Mr. Reitman will litigate the matter through trial and appeal.

In his commercial litigation practice, he handles fraudulent transfer litigation, fraud, and white-collar adjacent matters for clients in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Additionally, he handles judgment enforcement and commercial collections at the state and federal levels.

Prior to joining KDV, Mr. Reitman focused his practice on business litigation, fraud, bankruptcy litigation, and asset retrieval at several law firms in California.
