Overview

Grace Delott is an Associate who practices in the areas of insurance coverage and litigation, and data privacy and cybersecurity. In addition, she defends clients in disputes involving financial institutions, professional liability, directors and officers liability, and general liability.

Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Delott worked for a Chicago law firm where her practice focus was on representing clients in commercial litigation matters for construction and product industries, and disputes in insurance subrogation matters.

During law school, she clerked for several Chicago law firms gaining experience in a variety of litigated matters. She was also a judicial extern for a judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County, concentrating on chancery and mortgage-foreclosure matters. During law school, Ms. Delott received the CALI Award for Advocacy.

She is also proficient in Spanish.
