Overview
Esther S. Oh is a real estate attorney in our Sonoma and San Francisco, CA, offices.
She handles a wide range of commercial and residential real estate disputes, including purchase/sale, nondisclosure, and deposit disputes, co-ownership/partition and HOA matters, and boundary/title/construction issues. Her representative clients include homeowner associations, developers, lenders, property owners, and business owners throughout California.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Oh was a litigation attorney in San Francisco and in New York focused on antitrust and class actions, construction defect, product liability, and no-fault insurance litigation. Additionally, she served as a judicial clerk drafting opinions in New York State Supreme Court.
During law school Ms. Oh was a judicial intern at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and a student attorney at a clinic for at-risk youth. She participated in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, interned at the Washington Bar Association Judicial Council, and made humanitarian trips to Myanmar, India, and Korea.
Ms. Oh is fluent in Korean.
