Elizabeth Williams concentrates her practice in the areas of general liability, professional liability, errors and omissions defense for accountants, architects, engineers, insurance agents, attorneys, real estate agents and brokers, and corporate officers and fiduciaries; miscellaneous errors and omissions matters; cyber liability; and labor and employment law on behalf of management including defense of discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination disputes.
Ms. Williams has extensive litigation experience in professional malpractice matters with a focus on defending attorneys, insurance and real estate agents and brokers, architects and engineers. Her experience includes more than 18 jury trials resulting in a verdict, 10 bench trials and numerous binding and non-binding arbitrations. She has also written three published appellate court opinions for the California Court of Appeals, First District.
