Dennis B. Condon

Overview

Dennis Condon focuses his practice in insurance coverage advising and representing both national and international insurance carriers concerning a wide variety of professional liability, directors and officers liability, and employment practices liability policies. He has extensive experience in supervising, managing and monitoring attorneys throughout the United States in both federal and state courts for a wide spectrum of professional liability defense and employment practices defense. In representing carriers, he has taken the lead in mediations achieving a consistent record of dispute resolution under targeted figure.

Mr. Condon litigates insurance coverage, professional liability and employment practices liability cases, resolving numerous cases at the pleading stage or on summary judgment.  Examples include a judgment on pleadings in the Circuit Court for Cook County Illinois on a professional liability coverage action, as well as a summary judgment in the United States District Court for Nevada on a bad faith claim under a D&O Policy.
