Danita Minnigan Cooper focuses her practice on Labor and Employment law. Ms. Minnigan Cooper defends employers against various employment lawsuits, including claims of discrimination, unlawful harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, and whistleblower claims in state and federal courts. Ms. Minnigan Cooper also counsels employers on a variety of employment related matters. Additionally, Ms. Minnigan Cooper investigates internal Equal Employment Opportunity complaints of harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Minnigan Cooper practiced with a national law firm in its labor and employment practice group. Ms. Minnigan Cooper also served as a law clerk in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey for the Honorable Steven Mannion, U.S.M.J., served as a law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division for the Honorable Paulette Sapp-Peterson, P.J.A.D. (Ret.), and served a law clerk in the New Jersey Superior.
