Overview
Danielle Vasileiadis is an associate in our Philadelphia, PA office and practices law in the areas of employment, professional liability, consumer financial services, and general liability defense.
She represents clients in employment matters including wage and hour compliance, breach of contract, discrimination and retaliation claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Ms. Vasileiadis also counsel employers on employment related practices, policies and work issues, and defends professional liability claims against lawyers, medical personnel, accountants, insurance agents, and real estate brokers.
In her work handling consumer financial services matters, Ms. Vasileiadis represents creditors against allegations under consumer protection laws including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). She advises clients on compliance issues and assists with regulatory investigations such as those involving the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Additionally, Ms. Vasileiadis practices general liability defense for clients against property and casualty claims, and in defense of bodily injury allegations.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, she was an Associate practicing civil litigation defense. Ms. Vasileiadis was also an Assistant Attorney General at the Delaware Department of Justice. During law school, Ms. Vasileiadis served as an intern advocating for clients at veterans appeals hearings and investigating their cases for benefits.
