Danielle Sokol focuses her practice primarily on defending professionals in malpractice actions with an emphasis on representing lawyers. Ms. Sokol has significant litigation experience in handling a wide variety of professional liability claims for high profile clients and law firms, including in the areas of real estate, entertainment, patent, probate, bankruptcy, family law, business and employment. She has practiced civil litigation in state and federal court since 1998.
Ms. Sokol has been a member of the California bar since 1998. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1995 and received her juris doctorate from UCLA School of Law in 1998.
