Overview
Daniel Brainard focuses his practice on insurance coverage and litigation matters pertaining to the financial services industry. He counsels insurers on policy matters pertaining to commercial crime, fidelity bonds, directors & officers liability, and professional liability errors & omissions. Mr. Brainard handles coverage analysis, disputes, monitoring, and litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brainard worked for five years with a Midwest-based law firm’s insurance defense practice. During law school, he served as Editor for the Review of Intellectual Property Law, was a member of the Cardozo Entertainment Law Moot Court Team, and received the CALI “Excellence for the Future” award in Contracts.
