Overview
Of Counsel attorney Cynthia Kinney is a seasoned litigator who is a member of the Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions, Directors & Officers Liability, and Labor and Employment Law practice groups.
Her professional liability practice concentrates on the errors and omissions defense of attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents and brokers, and escrow agents. Her directors and officers liability practice includes the defense of homeowner associations and their board members.
She has substantial experience representing management in a broad range of employment related matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wage and hour, and other various statutory and tort claims. She also has experience defending businesses and property owners in disability access cases.
