Cody Pansing focuses his practice on General Liability and Maritime Law. Most recently, he served as a judicial clerk in the New Jersey court system, for the Honorable Peter F. Bariso, Jr, and the Honorable Jeffery R. Jablonski, conducting trial research for complex legal issues in the areas of Insurance, Property Law, Civil Procedure, Probate, and Business Litigation. He also prepared briefs, legal memoranda, and statements of reasons.
Mr. Pansing gained experience as a Wisconsin law firm research assistant, helping partners draft presentations on the changing Elder Law landscape and the ethical capacity issues, prevalent in Elder Law. Additionally, Mr. Pansing served at a legal nonprofit helping provide legal services for indigent clients in the Madison, WI area. Mr. Pansing also gained experience in shaping corporate policy and procedures, and drafting contracts, in the legal department of a telecommunications company.
During law School, Mr. Pansing excelled in a specialized business course load, earning the business law certificate with his J.D.
