Christopher Mackey focuses his practice on professional liability and commercial litigation cases, including conducting depositions of parties and experts; preparation of pleadings, dispositive motions and discovery; handling routine and contested court hearings; and advising clients on litigation and settlement strategy in numerous matters.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, Mr. Mackey worked for a boutique litigation firm specializing in defending large hospital systems in medical malpractice actions. Additionally, he has advised clients on a wide variety of other issues including commercial litigation, premise liability, probate litigation, estate planning, business succession planning, and business formation.
