Christina Vernaschi focuses her practice on professional liability. She has a background representing a variety of clients in complex commercial disputes before state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level, including real estate, business torts, compliance, employment, and contractual and intellectual property disputes.
Ms. Vernaschi is responsible for all aspects of litigation proceedings, including drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, and supporting memoranda of law; preparing and responding to interrogatories and document requests, including e-discovery document management and supervising contract attorney teams; taking and defending depositions; and has actively participated in a bench trial, including direct and cross-examination of fact witnesses.
