Bria S. Campbell focuses her practice on insurance defense, labor and employment, and commercial litigation.

In her insurance defense practice, she represents and counsels clients in several matters that include litigation, mediation, arbitration, and appeal. In her labor and employment and commercial litigation practices, Ms. Campbell works on various business litigation matters, including defense of private businesses, and in disputes on professional licensing, labor and employment, contract disputes, trade secrets, non-compete matters, workers compensation claims, insurance defense, fraud and unfair trade practice claims, and other real estate disputes and torts.

Prior to joining KDV, Ms. Campbell was an attorney at a prominent Florida defense law firm, and worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. She also previously worked at a large legal services corporation.

During law school, Ms. Campbell studied abroad in Africa on health law matters, international human rights, climate justice law, and the complex political and social transition from apartheid to democracy. Ms. Campbell also served as vice president of the American Constitution Society, parliamentarian of the Women’s Law Caucus, and as an Editor of The Florida A & M University Law Review.
