Bradley Bernau focuses his practice on insurance coverage counseling and advocacy, representing both domestic and London-based insurance carriers in complex insurance coverage disputes. He counsels and litigates on behalf of both primary and excess insurers regarding a diverse range of underlying insurance products and claim types, including those involving financial institution bonds, commercial crime policies, mortgage banker/broker liability policies, employment practices liability, directors and officers liability, professional liability policies, and a wide variety of commercial general liability claim types.
Mr. Bernau has extensive experience in supervising and managing a wide array of third-party liability claims. He understands the complex range of issues that liability carriers frequently face and takes pride in providing effective, efficient, and economical counsel concerning high-value and complex claims, from initial receipt through settlement or judgment.
