Arooj Siraj focuses her practice in employment law and professional liability. She has experience in the areas of negotiation and litigation. She also assists on residential and commercial foreclosures, condominium and contract disputes, general liability and equitable and injunctive relief matters.
Prior to joining KDV, Ms. Siraj served as a law clerk to the Honorable Katherine R. Dupuis, the Presiding Judge of General Equity and the Honorable Joseph P. Perfilio, serving the New Jersey Superior Court’s Chancery Division – Union Vicinage, Elizabeth, NJ. She also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Raymond A. Batten, Presiding Judge of General Equity, serving the New Jersey Superior Court’s Chancery Division – Cape May and Atlantic Vicinage, Mays Landing, NJ. During her time as a law clerk, Ms. Siraj was also a mediator in Small Claims Court where she facilitated in resolving issues ranging from landlord-tenant, medical bill collections and consumer disputes.
