Overview
Alessandro Angelori focuses his practice on labor and employment law, general liability, and professional liability. He represents clients in litigation and compliance matters. Mr. Angelori also represents employers in compliance audits by federal and state agencies including the New York Division of Human Rights, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. Additionally, Mr. Angelori drafts workplace policies, handbooks, and employment agreements.
Additionally, Mr. Angelori defends real estate brokers and agents in New York State courts, in claims alleging untrustworthiness, and seeking revocation of the agents’ real estate licenses.
Before joining KDV, Mr. Angelori worked in the in-house legal department of an international corporation. There he prepared employment matters for litigation across the corporation’s many brands and drafted workplace policies reflecting changing state and federal laws.
