Adam H. Settle represents consumer financial services clients as well as clients for labor and employment matters.  He assists financial services institutions such as banks, lenders, leasing companies, and others, in an array of matters including collections and credit-card litigation.  Mr. Settle assists businesses in all phases of the discovery and litigation process, including complex matters.

Previously, Mr. Settle assisted in prosecuting cases in the vast consumer financial services arena, filed under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices (FDCPA), and other related federal and state laws.  Earlier in his career,  Mr. Settle represented insurance carriers and third-party payers in pharmaceutical pricing matters as well as classes of investors in market manipulation cases.  He also worked on class action suits in opioid litigation matters. 

During law school, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, Mr. Settle was the Managing Editor of the Environmental Law Journal, and received the David Butterworth Outstanding Editor Award.
