Our legal team prepares documents for each stage of the real estate process from financing to closing. We guide our clients through the due diligence process to minimize risks and assist with accurate valuations to improve their negotiating position. We negotiate and draft a broad array of contracts, including purchase and sales agreements, refinancing and restructuring deals, commercial leases, right of first refusal and options, REITs and tax-deferred exchange agreements. We also advise on regulatory compliance on projects involving contaminated or troubled sites, such as former military bases and industrial operations.

Our real estate litigation team pursues resolution through mediation, arbitration and trial.
