Steven Nassi Guest Speaker at New York State Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage CLE

KD partner Steven P. Nassi was a guest speaker at a recent New York State Bar Association Insurance Coverage continuing education class.  Steve gave a lecture entitled The Many Policies Involved In a Construction Project. The lecture covered the topics of Policies Involved In a Construction Project: Builders, OCIP, CCIP, Wrap Up.

He along other seasoned insurance law practitioners, explored a number of complex substantive and procedural issues in the insurance coverage area. This year’s update included discussion on excess coverage, the many policies involved in a construction project, and a dive into Insurance Law §3420.
