On May 21, 2020 at 2 pm to 3 pm ET, Stephen Brodsky, a Partner in KD’s New York City and Long Island offices, will jointly present a webinar program entitled, “Why Exit Planning Is Needed – Lessons From COVID-19.” Stephen and his co-presenter, Mark Kravietz, the Managing Partner of Aline Wealth, will discuss exit and business succession planning, and why the current pandemic makes clear that this planning is vitally important. Stephen will discuss legal aspects, and Mark will discuss financial aspects.
