Now that the expanded paid sick leave law is on its way to Mayor Bill de Blasio for his signature, what’s next for the approximately 175,000 companies newly subject to the mandate on April 1?

Some frantic weeks of aligning their own practices with the law’s requirements, and hoping for some quick regulatory clarity on a number of issues, said two employment lawyers I spoke with this week.
