On Tuesday, November 10, at 1 pm ET, Stephen Brodsky, NYC and LI Partner, will moderate a video roundtable for the American Bar Association on “Recent Developments and Hot Topics in Securities Litigation.” Stephen and the panelists will discuss recent decisions by the Supreme Court and other federal courts across the nation. Topics include: Disgorgement after Liu v. SEC, how much is enough?  Is the insider trading “personal benefit” rule dead?; and Where we are now, extraterritoriality since the time of Morrison. The panelists, Bob Pommer of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Ron White of Morrison & Foerester LLP, and Doug Bunch of Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC, are nationally known in their fields.
