PRESS RELEASE: Two Attorneys in Kaufman Dolowich’s New Jersey office named 2014 Super Lawyers Rising Stars

(March 19, 2014) — Christopher Nucifora, co-managing partner of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck’s New Jersey office, and Edward Patrick Abbott, associate, have both been named 2014 Rising Stars by Super Lawyers. This is their third and second consecutive years receiving this distinction, respectively.

Christopher Nucifora is an accomplished commercial litigator who has a broad range of experience handling complex matters. His experience includes litigating and resolving business and corporate conflicts, private and public construction disputes, fidelity and suretyship claims, and general liability matters. Additionally, Mr. Nucifora has developed an expertise in the complex and emerging field of information and privacy security, and is an accomplished author and speaker on the issues. His diversified clientele includes closely held and publicly traded multi-national corporations, contractors, licensed professionals and technology companies. A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Nucifora is highly regarded in all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial as well as mediation and arbitration.

Edward Patrick Abbott concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, professional liability, construction litigation, cyber liability and labor and employment law. Mr. Abbott has handled land use and commercial litigation matters, and previously served as the law clerk for the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Ocean County, New Jersey. While attending Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, Mr. Abbott was a member of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, ultimately serving as Lead Notes Editor.
